Gingersnap Balls

Ingredients: 8 oz ginger snaps 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp cinnamon 12 oz white chocolate chips

Directions: Crush ginger snaps and combine with next three ingredients. Roll into 1" balls and chill for 30 minutes. Melt white chocolate chips. Roll chilled balls in chocolate.
